Rating: Summary: Everybody plays the fool sometime! Review: Justine and Duncan were truly made for each other in every sense of those words. Just like to peas in a pod! I loved the story line. Like how there were two love stories in one book. Wayne and Banks are lots of laughs. I really liked Banks' character, just love to see her in action. Much love to Ms Forster from one of your fans!

Rating: Summary: AN INTENSE STORY WITH BETRAYAL, PASSION & COURAGE Review: Ms Forster once again has done an outstanding job of writing such an intense story that seems to lure the reader into the story like being caught up in a web. As you read this story you seem to feel the betrayal that both Justine and Duncan sustain from their spouses; the pain Justine has to deal with from the decision she is forced to make for giving her daughter up for adoption and the courage she had to display for becoming the nanny for Duncan, who had adopted her daughter. The development of this story is one to read and realize how when life deals you a hand you have to play it out the best you can. Readers take the moment to read this story and find out how love was the ruling factor for secrets between Duncan and Justine.
Rating: Summary: Everybody plays the fool sometime! Review: The main characters in this story had both been played for a fool by their spouses. Imagine being 8 months pregnant and finding out that your spouse had been having an affair, and has just died in a motel fire with his white mistress. Would you not mentally and emotionally freak out? The heroine of the book, Justine did just that...which leads her to doing something she would never have done under normal conditions---give her baby girl up for adoption. Once she was emotionally healed enough to go looking for her baby, she found not only her daughter, but the love of her life in Duncan, the man who had adopted her. Duncan had issues of his own, but it just made the story more interesting. A great read which I highly recommend.
Rating: Summary: When "Fools Rush In"....love prevails Review: This is another winner from the incomparable Gwynne Forster. No other writer has quite her talent for taking such seemingly insurmountable issues--a child, her biological mother and adoptive father, and the secrets and betrayal haunting them both--and coming up with such an engrossing love story.I made the mistake of taking this book to work and hardly got any work done because I could not wait to find out what would happen next. Duncan Banks is every woman's fantasy of the perfect man...loving, passionate, community-minded, and a fantastic father. And Justine is his perfect match. I cried tears of joy as these two realized the love they shared not only for their precious daughter, but for each other. Last but definitely not least, I want to thank Ms. Forster for reintroducing Banks and Wayne Roundtree. I absolutely loved the way their story worked out. Please keep me updated! And Duncan's housekeeper Mattie was an absolute riot. Keep up the excellent work, Ms. Forster. I look forward to your next novel.
Rating: Summary: A gripping, fantastic story Review: This story has it all in typical Gwynne Forster style. Drama, comedy and the hard facts of real life. I was going to read for half an hour before going to bed, but I couldn't put it down until a quarter past four in the morning. One gripping event or scene after another. I was wrung out when I got to the last period. This woman knows a lot about life, and she'd not afraid to put it on paper. I loved this book. I read it a second time, and I don't doubnt that I will read it again. The writing is absolutely poutstanding. If you haven't read Gwynne Forster, even if you don't like romance, read this book. I intend to find every one she's written.
Rating: Summary: DISAPPOINTING.... Review: to say the least! as good as the earlier reviews were of this book, i thought that for sure it'd be worth the time to read it. i must admit, the beginning was pretty good, but it just seemed to drag on from there. just dragging on with justine and duncan denying their feelings until you felt like saying, 'enough already!' stop the stupid dance of denial! all in all, i was disappointed, i guess i'll just wait until loure bussey or rochunda lee comes out with something new, seems like their the only two that pump out anything worth reading about.
