Review: And I am thrilled to have my first novel listed here at Amazon.com. It's still a bit startling to push a button and see my book. As I reader, I love all genres, but romance is my favorite, hence it is what I write. Goodness, I wanted to write for years, but between work and children, I couldn't find the time. The story for Duchess For A Day was trapped in my head. When my children became a little more independent, I used every spare moment to write Reyn and Jocelyn's story. I hope you enjoy their trek to love as much as I enjoyed writing it. Reyn's friends, Tameron and Walter, have their own tales to tell at a later date. Right now I am working on the story of Stephen, a cursed British Duke, who refuses to ever marry. Phoebe, an adventuring colonial, who must marry in six weeks or lose her inheritance has other ideas. Potent Charms will be released in March of 2000.

Review: I cried, I laughed and I wanted more. I found this book by accideint and I'm so glad I did. Peggy W makes reading regency so fun. Her heroine is spunky and determined. I like that. She really had a couple of twists I had anticipated at all which is always refreshing. I'm going insearch of her other two books asap.

Summary: I love this book. It had romance, humor, love and love.
Review: I loved this book mainly for the characters. They were so funny together. Almost reminded me of the other couple in Loretta Chase's book Lord of Scoundrels. There are some parts of the book that I laughed so hard, I had tears rolling off my cheeks and other parts that I truly felt for the heroine. What an amazing skill to bring words so to life that you could feel as well as imagine. Can't wait for the next book from this author. If you are reading this, can you continue with Ren's friends.

Review: I thought this romance was pretty good... Although I enjoyed the characters' interaction, it bothered me for some weird reason that instead of coming up with a brand new cover picture, they used the inset of a previous novel by a different author! (Border Lord by Arnette Lamb) But despite that initial reaction, I thoroughly enjoyed the book.

Review: More like Duchess for a Few Months! I bought this book on recommendation and was rather disappointed. Perhaps I thought the heroine in the novel was actually going to be a duchess for a 'day' but that actually wasn't the case at all. I was looking forward to reading about her debut into high society only to have it glossed over... the reader is cheated out of hearing how her introduction into society went. We are just to assume that it was a success. I think this book had the potential to be much better.

Summary: Excellent read.
Review: This was a very good book. The characters were well written and the conflict between the characters was very good, funny at times than serious at times. I can hardly wait for Tam's and Walter's stories. The secondary characters were also well written.
