Rating: Summary: Ellie: not the typical quiet woman... and is GREAT!!! Review: Ellie is a beautiful young woman who met the gorgeous Dio in the worst of the situations because he thinks she is a spy trying to get information for other company.Since he can't take the risk and he is not sure about what she said ,he takes her on a trip to Greece to his father's funeral and there is where everything begins.Ellie and Dio have a powerful chemistry and they can't keep they hands away of each other for a long time.Something happened again and he started doubting of her and he asked her to leave ,she is very sad and then gets worst when she discover that she is pregnant, he wants to marry her for the sake of the baby ,but she wants to marry because she is so inlove of him.Helena is an important character in the story 'cause she is always doing things to break the marriage apart and take Dio for herself, now everything is related with the love Ellie feels and the little trust that Dio shows to her.It is very pleasant to read when Dio discover a lot of things, first at all how much he loves Ellie and the truth about Helena ...Very Romantic ,strong story ,but after all what I liked the most it was how strong is Ellie's character and how sure she is about what she wants...
Rating: Summary: The Expectant Bride Review: Ellie is very vulnerable and yet, very straightforward. She is not afraid to speak her mind. She falls head over heels in love with the handsome, Greek Dio without thinking. When he whisks her away to his Island in Greece, not only does he seduce her, she seduces him. Their union is shortlived when a jealous woman comes between them and Ellie becomes pregnant. Dio refuses to believe Ellie and defends the other woman. Has Ellie made a mistake in falling in love with Dio and has he made a mistake in not believing her? If I were to cast the book, Ellie would be played by Angela Dotchin of Jack Of All Trades and Dio would be played by Maurice Benard of General Hospital. What I like about Ellie-she's tough and vulnerable. What I fault Ellie for-she doesn't think sometimes and jumps too quickly into things. What I like about Dio-he's a strong character, very sexy and powerful. What I fault Dio for-he's too stubborn and set in his ways. He has a big ego and he can be hurtful emotionally. Would I want to be with Dio-God yes! :) Favorite scene with Ellie-she is discovered by Dio behind his office door and she tries unsuccessfully to explain why she was there.

Rating: Summary: We've all dated men like this hero! Review: Ellie, a petite platinum blond, mistakenly enters her boss's office suite on her cleaning rounds. Dio, her sexy Greek boss, thinks she's spying on his plans for a huge corporate takeover. To ensure that she doesn't reveal those plans he whisks her away to Greece with him, where he is headed to attend his father's funeral. There Ellie meets the gorgeous Helena, who has always expected to marry Dio by family arrangement. Dio and Ellie intrigue each other, though, and have a passionate interlude. When Dio finds out that his business plans have been compromised he accuses Ellie and sends her packing, as a lover and an employee. Ellie's innocence is soon revealed and Dio rehires her while trying to convince her to become his mistress. Ellie says no to intimacy but yes to the job. She then realizes that she's pregnant and in love and accepts a marriage proposal from Dio. Helena appears and offers to pay her to have an abortion, thinking Dio will come back to her if there's no baby involved. Ellie angrily rushes to let Dio know how malicious Helena is, only to find that Helena has gotten to him first and told him awful lies about her, which is just the first attempt to separate them. Dio chooses to believe Helena, and won't allow Ellie to say anything bad about her. Ellie ends the engagement and quits her job, only to have the other plans she had for her life fall through. Rudderless, she ends up marrying Dio. A sordid tabloid piece about them that reveals ugly secrets and Dio's rock solid faith in Helena rather than Ellie both strain the marriage. Ellie decides enough is enough and walks out. Will Dio find out the truth about Helena and learn to trust Ellie? Can Ellie forgive him and come back? Did Dio marry out of love or duty? What secrets fueling Ellie's behavior did she keep from Dio? Some of the answers are as surprisingly complicated as real life.
Rating: Summary: IF YOU READ ONE OF HER BOOKS ..... Review: If you have read any of Lynne Graham's previous books, then you already know the plot of this book. The heroine has been misjudged by the hero. The hero is the typical macho Greek as in all her books. He treats her like dirt. She, in spite of everything, falls in love with him. He discovers his mistake and then tries to win her back. With most of her previous books, the hero doesn't discover his mistake till years later. He does discover his mistake in this book within 2 weeks. I guess this book is okay but like most of her books, the heroine forgives too easily.
Rating: Summary: Another great Lynne Graham book! Review: This book is so good I finished it in one sitting. The hero is every woman's fantasy -- a stunningly gorgeous Greek billionaire. The heroine is a beautiful petite blonde whose insecurities make her very appealing and likable. The chemistry between them SIZZLES! He can't keep his hands off her! This book has everything that I look for in a romance book -- emotionally intense story, memorable hero and heroine, passionate love scenes, and beautiful romantic setting.
