However, he is not prepared for the attraction he feels towards his English professor. "Christine" reciprocates, but fears revealing the truth, which may end a potentially loving relationship before it can truly begin. MY SISTER, MYSELF is a powerful romantic suspense work that centers on the full range of impact that an obsessive relationship has on everyone around it. The story line succeeds due to the fantastic characterization of "Christine". The lead female protagonist feels culpability for her sibling's death and for hiding the truth from her beloved Ben, but her fear of Bruce supersedes everything including love. Thus, through this incredible depiction, Tara Taylor Quinn provides a great entry to the Shelter Valley series that should bring the author accolades and honors. Harriet Klausner
