Rating: Summary: Could be better Review: I bought this because of the New Orleans locale and enjoyed every minute. It is a love story, and it's funny. I hope to read more of this author's work!

Rating: Summary: Could be better Review: It seemed perfect: good looking guy, quirky girl, eccentric gang and even a ghost thrown in! but, somehow, it just wasnt a satisfying read. It had no bite too it. I know these are breezy books you pick up for escapism, but ... it could have been better. Sometimes you pick up a book and just laugh and laugh and laugh. this wasnt one of those books.
Rating: Summary: He Went Undercover and Wound up Under the Covers Review: Nick Gerard has had some problems with his property on 1113 Royal Street in New Orleans. Problems that keep holding up his ability to sell it. Determined to find out who or what is behind it all, he decides to go undercover as a tenant. So he flies down to Louisiana, but catches pneumonia and winds up sick as a dog in the building. A building Maggie Mayfair knows well. Since she'd moved in with a broken heart, the tenants there had taken her under their wings. She felt like they were all family. None of the tenants like the fact that the ogre of an owner is selling them down the river.Maggie is determined never to fall in love again. But lust, a good old fashioned roll in the hay or two, that's a horse of a different color and when she meets the new tenant, she takes a shine to him. And because he is kind of secretive, she, like the other tenants in the building, assume he's a mysterious writer who is rumored to be in town doing a book. Nick recognizes that Maggie is making a move and he thinks she looks just like the marrying kind, the kind he wants to avoid at all costs. But can he? And what will happen when Maggie finds out who he really is? Oh, and by the way, is there a matchmaking ghost on the premise or is that just a phony problem to scare away buyers? So much to ponder was you read through this witty book that I really enjoyed.
Rating: Summary: A fun trip! Review: Storyline and characters were funny and likeable. I liked the ghost factor, even though at one point it gave me the chills.
