Summary: An English Romance for an Aussie Girl
Review: Marina Spencer lost her mother a couple months ago and she was devastated. But Shane, her mother's right hand man at the riding and dressage school she'd run one on the outskirts of Sydney, was right there with a shoulder to cry on. Not very experienced with men, it didn't take long for Marina to fall for Shane, not long for him to get her into his bed either, and then they were engaged, ensuring Marina the comfort Shane offered her and Shane her mother's money and business.

Because her mother died of cancer Marina has been blood typed and she is in the worldwide donor database and a match has been found in England. A seven-year-old girl has leukemia. Marina has to go. However, Shane is against it. The wedding is only three weeks off. The little girl is nothing to her, Shane says and Marina begins to see Shane for what he really is, a selfish man only in love with himself who is after Marina for her money.

In England Marina meets the girls great uncle, James Marsden, the Earl of Winterbourne, a man she'd expected to be in his dotage, however he is young and a heart throb, Marina knows this because her heart is throbbing. Then she meets tough and tender Rebecca, a very plucky young lady who is fighting for her life. Will Marina's bone marrow save this wonderful child's life and will Marina find the man of her dreams in merry old England? Because sure as I'm writing this, that smuck by in Aussie isn't the man for her.

This romance novel by Miranda Lee is tender, touching, heart warming and heart racing. I can't tell you how much I loved it.
