Rating: Summary: Follow-up Release Review: A spin-off of IMMORTAL HEART will be a July, 1999 release from Leisure Love Spell. This story, SHADOW OF THE HAWK, features Brodie's Marine buddy--and Native American shaman--Hawk Echohawk as the hero. He accompanies prim and proper schoolmarm, Sarah McCormick, on the "field trip from hell" into the jungles of Isla Tenebrosa. Together, they defeat smugglers and a restless evil spirit, and find love.
Rating: Summary: Best book ever Review: basically this book is my favorite with intrigue and romance entwined perfectly.
Rating: Summary: Not a Bad Paranormal Review: BJ is a computer whiz. She is one of the owners of LadyTech, a successful software company. But she has been having problems lately. Someone has been hacking both LadyTech and her own computers- She has also been having blackouts that make her question her own sanity. Then one of her partners brings in Brodie Maxwell as a computer consultant and BJ's own personal body guard.Only BJ has no idea that she is caught in the middle of a battle that has been going on for 800 years. On one side is Brodie who has been fighting for the right for 800 years. On the other is-- well it's easy enough to guess but I won't tell. In fact, that's the whole problem with this book. The plot is relatively new to romance but it's been around the block a few times. The assumption seems to be that romance readers will forgive anything as long as the romance is there. Well they don't. And just to prove it, there is one real historical howler in here that jarred me out of the story-- the hero makes BJ milky tea, just like his mother made him. 800 years ago in England? I don't think so.

Rating: Summary: Debut novel by powerful new voice in fantasy romance! Review: That's what Jill M. Smith at ROMANTIC TIMES says about IMMORTAL HEART! She gave it a four-star rating.
I'm thrilled by the reviews and early response to IMMORTAL HEART, a contemporary paranormal romance. The hero, Brodie Maxwell, has been compared to Duncan McLeod, The Highlander. I based the story loosely on my favorite childhood fairytale, Beauty and the Beast. Brodie's a big, tough, scarred warrior--but inside lies the gentle soul of a poet. And my heroine, BJ, isn't just another pretty face. She's a genius. It takes a combination of her brains, his courage, and their love to defeat an evil sorcerer and find an immortal love together.
Currently, I'm working on a romantic suspense novel for Silhouette, and a time-travel adventure for Leisure. Look for more adventures in love with BJ's partners, and Brodie's comrades in arms in future LadyTech romances.
Enjoy!

Rating: Summary: Very Tender book! 1st of three. Review: Well this is the first book of what I call the Marine books. the other two are "Shadow of the Hawk" and "Always Faithful". All three books are wonderful. The heros are tough and strong and yet can be tender and vulnerable. In this book the hero, Brodie, is a immortal. He has been cursed to live forever by an evil sorcerer, who's daughter he accidnetly killed. He will carry the scars of his many battles on the outside forever, but its the scars on his heart that the heroine, BJ, wants to heal. BJ is a computer wiz who has a problem. Someone is sabotaging her company and using her programs to do it. Brodie comes to her aid to help find the real culprit. This book had me crying and laughing. I hated for it to end. i was thrilled when I found it had sequels. I would definately recommend this book and the other two.
