Rating: Summary: Coming out of the Dark Ages Review: What if you were a Prince bequeathed to a person, but you loved someone else? What if you then found out that the someone else loved you also. Would you try to change your life to be with the person you loved? This is a love story, where a man loves a woman, and the woman loves the man. The only thing is that to save his Kingdom, Leodwald's Father's bequeaths his son to the Conqueror Aesa. Leodwald is literally entrapped in a loveless marriage to a woman he can not speak the same language to and who holds him in disdain for his cowardice. To escape would be futile, as Leodwald knows Aesa will not never stop looking for him. So Leodwald and his love escape into time, to go back and change events so that they can be together for always. Will a person change time, or will time change a person? Going from Darkest ages of imprisonment in a loveless marriage to power and prestige may tempt Leowald, but ultimately he makes the decision to go back to a time before his love knew that he existed, and knew that she loved him risking forever losing her. Will love conquer all, or will history merely repeat itself with the same inevitable conclusion, leaving Leodwald trapped in the Darkest Ages? Love can stand the sands of time, but can it survive the Darkest Ages? Only time will tell as you race through the pages!
