A young woman works her way out of her poverty to achieve fame and fortune as a top restauranteur in New York city - but there's a twist in the tale!Helen Spring shows a sure touch in her first novel. She has a fine attention to detail and the characters are wholly believeable. A gripping story - I look forward to the sequel
