Her lyrical prose and eloquent descriptive style captures the essence of farming warm moist earth and the profundity of spring. Indeed, the novel moves with the rhyme of the season, reflecting new beginnings for spring, warm fertile growth in summer, and the harvest in the fall. The challenges of weather and childbirth are met with an understanding of the cycle of life and the unexpected moments of eternal hope. A richly satisfying, character driven romance, HELP WANTED: HUSBAND? Comes very highly recommended.
