Summary: A Great Read!
Review: Jilted at the alter, Dr. Cal Tucker leaves the church, only to be nearly run over by - a pregnant woman? Not one to turn his back on someone in need, he attempts to get Sara Jamison to the hospital, but Sara's baby has other plans.

Sara is relieved that her rescuer is a doctor, but her relief quickly fades when he announces he's a vet, not an MD.

This is definately not Cal's day.

Or is it?

This heartwarming romance offers a strong, compassionate hero, and a spunky, independent heroine who will do whatever it takes to protect and nurture her newborn, even if it means trusting a man she barely knows.

The story flows quickly and Belinda Barne's style is delightful and easy to read. This is a terrific debut novel. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Love when you least expect it.
Review: This book grabs you on the first page when the groom (Cal) is left at the altar. On his way home he is nearly run down by Sara, a woman alone and in the final stages of having her baby, who Cal delivers beside the road. Cal is strong, independent minded, sexy and gorgeous. Sara is alone with zero self confidence and rightfully very untrusting of men. She is bound and determined she will depend on no one but yearns for someone to love her. These two characters are very strong and have you laughing and alternately taking sides. They progress from one dire situation to the next and you think you see the inevitable but Cal and Sara are too independent for their own good. (Cal has a friend and business partner named James that we need to hear more about.) I love romance and the feelings that Cal and Sara have for each other come off the page and settle in your heart. I recommend you have a packet of tissue handy when you finish this book. You can recommend this book to your friends and they will thank you.

Summary: THIS IS A KEEPER
Review: This is a keeper if you keep a very select few for a library to reread.
Cal Tucker and Sara Jamison are wonderful characters and you will thoroughly enjoy their story -- little Jessie captures Cal's heart even more quickly than Sara but what a wonderful ending.
Definitely recommended.
