Review: "Carla Cassidy does a wonderful job with the conflict that comes from a strong, self-contained man torn between duty and affection for his brother, and the love and desire for a woman who's been off limits for years. Lots of emotional twists and turns make for a great read!" Karen Matheny - Romantic Times reviewer

Review: I thought that this story had a lot of potential, but was disappointed in the way that the story played out. The beginning of the book is intense because the two main characters Talbot and hi ex-sister-in-law Elizabeth survive a plane crash and are forced to spend two days and nights alone together. The situation could have led to powerful storytelling, but the author spent the time introducing us to the characters. I was a bit bored with not only the story, but the slow pace in which it was told. They walk away from the crash and each other, and soon are forced together again when another family crisis occurs. As the reader you want to see these two get together just because it could add interest to the story, otherwise it was hard to care about what happened to any of the characters.
