Review: Jack is as rude and cold as the Wyoming winter, but I had to root for Carrie's way of handling him.

Christine Flynn's depiction of Wyoming winter storms is dead-on (I used to live there). This is a wonderful story that keeps you guessing how Carrie will ever warm up this guy, pull him from his self-made darkness to learn to care, trust and live again.

As always, Christine's books tug at the heart, just before she pushes all your melt-down buttons. I highly recommend you read this beautiful story.
