Review: I must tell you that if you ever want a feel good feeling, you should read a Carolyn Brown novel. I have yet to read the final, Augusta, in her series, but I did finish Garnet and found it a complete joy. Just as all the other sisters' in the series, Garnet proves to be one that will have you on the edge of your seat wondering if she will get her man. I cried with joy as well as laughed out loud over some of the scenes in this book, not only with Garnet and Gabe, but the young girl, Charity, too. Ms. Brown has indeed written another book that is sure to please anyone who starts to turn the pages.

The way Gabe and Garnet met, the way they continued to push each other away with their actions and banter, not to mention the earthquake and all the kisses were well worth the read. I loved the way the book ended too. Thank you once again Ms. Brown for giving us another great book to read, one that deserves well over sixteen stars, with five thumbs up.
