Review: High Places is a moving story of a couples journey to Uganda. They struggle to understand and relate to a vastly different culture. They come for early 1900's England to Uganda. The nations are worlds apart as are the cultures. The story eventually weaves into two men whose lives are in turmoil and then driven together to understand and help one another. In a world where we amplify our differences, this book shows us our common needs and common humanity with all people of the world. In the center is God's relationship to man and our common need for God.
