Rating: Summary: V. Sexy Sheriff of Nottingham = Good Book Review: I was immediately intrigued upon learning that someone had written the Robin Hood story from the perspective of the "evil" Sheriff. I liked the book because the author keeps the Sheriff's edge throughout the falling-in-love stages. Thea, his love interest, is great fun especially with her connections to her love's worst enemies, Robin and Little John. I would definitely recommend!
Rating: Summary: Reluctant hero Review: Sue Wilson's "Greenwood" is a delightful read. The Sheriff of Nottingham appears to be the antithesis of all that is good, but things are not what they seem. Thea (who is being courted by Little John and is the Merry Men's resident healer) slowly discovers there is a heart within the emotional prison the Sheriff has created for himself. Romance, action and adventure are all found within the pages of this short but captivating read.On a side note: Author Sue Wilson freely admits in an article that Alan Rickman's portrayal of the Sheriff was her inspiration for this book. Rickman fans will be delighted that George has his own happy ending.
