Summary: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE -- EMMMM!
Review: Gay G. Gunn has whole-heartedly tried to write a story about a little rich girl, doing little rich girl things and going to places little rich girls go. Why is it that I found her character Jaz unbelieveable? Jaz lived in expensive places, went to expensive schools brought expensive houses, cars and other toys yet her source of income did not come until she was over 30. She trained to be a doctor, but changed her mind and then trained to be an architect which is when she began to earn a living. How she survived before that is unclear. Family did not support her, so how? Reference was given to royalities from music by family members but not at the level that she was living. Lacking critical information like this, made it difficult for me to believe this meant-to-be believed love story.

Jaz was shown as so knowledgeable about everything and everyone. She was a study in over-confidence. How could someone so omnipotient be so naive about anything regarding the realities of war?. She met Qwayze, fell in love, married; he went off to war and was killed in action. Jaz refused to face reality. What are you suppose to think about such a person? The story tells about the extravagant lifestyle she led in pursuit of finding her Qwayze. The sad thing about her was she did not know him when she saw him. Love is suppose to transpose such superficial trappings she possessed. Well, if you are interested in reading about an attempt by a well-meaning author to place a Black family in the shoes of the rich an famous, then give this book a read. It truly was entertaining, but just judge for yourself as to the believeability of it all.

Summary: Very Moving!!
Review: I brought this book about eight months ago and I just finished reading it. When I started to read it eight months ago, it was so sad and I just cried and cried and I knew it was not going to end the way I wanted it to, so I stopped reading it. Now eight months later I'm still crying. I finished the book with tears in my eyes. "Everlastin' Love" is a very powerful book, well it was for me. I have never cried so much reading a book before. Don't get me wrong it was a great book, just a sad one. For me personally, the first love was a sweet story in itself. Qwayz and Jaz were a couple made in heaven. I just wished that they had a forever type of romance. Now Kyle and Jaz 's relationship was great. Kyle had to be the most special man, because he loved Jaz enough not to pressure her about her feelings. This book was a true lesson in love, loving someone so much you can let them go,taking your own happiness away so that there love of your life can be happy! A must, must, must read!! P.S. I'm still crying as I speak!

Summary: This book is a moving, heartfelt and inspiring love story!!!
Review: I first read an excerpt of this book in the back of another Indigo book and I decided I wanted to read it. I found it in the liabrary months later. When I read the authors comments, that said this book would bring me tears, I was skeptical. However, Ms. Gunn was right, I cried tears of joy and sorrow as I read the story or Jaz, Qwazy and Kyle. The epilouge brought me to tears on the NYC subway. This story has stayed in my mind and heart. It makes you believe in Love, because it Ms. Gun can write it we can live it. I am happy that I now own my own copy.

Summary: Everlastin' Love
Review: I HAVEN'T READ LOVE STORIES SINCE 1974, AND NEVER WOULD HAVE AGAIN, WERE IT NOT FOR GAY GUNN. WHEN SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS AN AUTHOR, I WAS THRILLED. I LOVE TO READ AND I'D MET MY FIRST AUTHOR! WHEN SHE TOLD ME SHE WROTE SENSUOUS LOVE STORIES, I THOUGHT, I HAVE TO READ THESE EVEN THOUGH I'VE GIVEN UP ROMANCE NOVELS. WELL, I WAS AS SURPRISED BY HER NOVELS, AS I WAS BY MEETING AN AUTHOR. I DEVOURED HER THREE BOOKS, AND FOUND THEM ALL VERY DIFFERENT. THEY WERE NOT ONLY ROMANCE NOVELS! ALL THREE ARE EXCELLENT. I HAVE ALWAYS FIGURED OUT THE CLIMAX WHEN READING A BOOK WITH A SURPRISE ENDING. NOT SO WITH MISS GUNN'S NOVEL, "EVERLASTIN' LOVE"! IT WAS A REAL SURPRISE SHOCKER! I HAD TO STOP READING, AND ASK MYSELF, "DID I JUST READ THIS, OR DID I IMAGINE I READ THIS?! I CAN'T WAIT FOR HER NEXT NOVEL, AND HOPE IT'S RELEASED TOMORROW!

Summary: Saddest Story
Review: Sometimes, everyone needs a good cry. This had to be one of the saddest books I have ever read. I found it hard to put this book down even though by the time I finished, I had went through a half box of Kleenex! It was true romance without the sex. You can actually feel the love between the main characters. Be prepared to bring out the tissues if you decide to read it. It is truly worth the time and the money. I was still crying days later just thinking about this book.

Summary: Everlatin' Love
Review: This is the ultimate love story. The devotion that Qwayze shows toward Jaz is powerful. And the "everlating love" that Jaz shows for Qwayze is what true love is supposed to be like. If you would like to go through ever emotion read this book.
