Review: "Legend" By Justen A. Grant, is a refreshing offering in the genre of books. Particularly African-American literature.
With many of today's prominent black authors focusing on controversial issues such as "White-America," infidelity, thug-life, and racial stereotypes, Mr. Grant chose to write a novel with an entirely different theme that embraces the Christian belief that there are no-limits to what Jesus can do, as long as you put him first in life.
Mr. Grant did a brilliant job in telling the story of a Christian couple's experiences, moving from Toledo to LA.
"Legend" is an intriguing novel, because every page is filled with interesting dialogue that is very candid and so captivating that you will have a hard time putting the book down.
Furthermore, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend it to others who want to be uplifted with the spirit of the Lord and entertained.

Review: "Legend" was a good read, I thought that for a first novel,Author Justen A. Grant did a good job exploring subject matter that will educate people on Christian values an ultimately help people develope a relationship with Jesus Christ. The story appeared to be "real" eventhough it is (fiction). I think that the lead Character Jerry Allen Graham displayed a genuine love for Christ, as he dealt with adversity in LA.
I recommend this novel as it will be an inspiration to others on how to live Christ like in the midst of the evils of the world.
I look forward to Justen A. Grant's next book I'm sure it will be as exciting as his first book "legend".

Review: Author Justen A. Grant, where have you been all this time? This was a very good novel. I can't believe this is your firts novel, because I havn't read a book as inspiring as your in years. I know this will be a best-seller. I particularly like your character development and crisp writing style that conveyed a true master of prose. I have started to attend church since reading your book "Legend," and I hope your book will be a blessing to others.
