Rating: Summary: Romance for even the most finicky romance fan! Review: A romance that will please the most finicky romance fan. Guaranteed to make your heart beat faster as Caitleen O'Neal clashes with Jed Peters in spirited disagreements over almost everything. Caitleen O'Neal arrived in Lonesome, Montana, as a mail-order bride. Thus begins a great read that takes the reader back to the wild days of our frontier and the difficulties faced by those that lived there. Jed Peters wanted a wife and signed a mail-order contract for one. Caitleen O'Neal was sent as that bride, determined to marry a stranger than the despicable gambler her father had lost her to over a game of cards. Upon meeting her new husband-to-be, sparks fly and she cannot understand what she has done to set him against her. Yet, she is strongly attracted to him and aware of a reciprocal feeling from Jed. A series of misunderstandings leads the couple and the reader on a wild ride. This is a story anyone would enjoy and keep to read again. Highly recommended as a fun read with lots of emotional highs and sparks to make you tingle. -Anne K. Edwards
