Rating: Summary: True treasure is love NOT money! Review: Scofield scores with another family values book. Raised in poverty, ambitious Ivy York dreams of living a refined lifestyle by--God willing--making a success of her fledgling interior design business and marrying a wealthy, sophisticated man. The only thing she hadn't worked out in her dreams was how to tell Mr. Right, when he came along, that when he married her he'd also have to take to his hearth her aging Aunt Arletta, the Aunt Bea of inspirational fiction. A true motherhen, who takes it upon herself to help others with or without their consent, Aunt Arletta's best intentions often drain Ivy's limited resources and particularly her patience when she promotes Noah Thornton, a struggling landscape contractor, as Ivy's Mr. Right instead of wealthy philanthropist, Gerald Reeves. Only when Ivy learns that wealth is not the true measure of a man are her dreams for her self and Aunt Arletta fully realized.
