Rating: Summary: dancing dinosaur delight! Review: This book is a favorite in our house. A must for all dinosaur book fans, and a great book for everyone else. The pictures are really colorful and the expressions on the dinosaur's faces are great. My three year old son loves looking at the different dinosaurs and telling me what they're feeling and thinking. There are dinosaurs for everyone in this book. It's hard to find books that break out of the typical stories and themes. This one is has a unique story and catchy verse. (The first time you read it you may stumble over a dinosaur name or two but nobody who cares is listening, and you'll get plenty of practice the next 1000 times through the story.)

Rating: Summary: Adorably entertaining Review: This book is a huge hit in our house! My three-year old daughter, my husband and I love the colorful drawings of dancing dinos and the lyrical story. We read it again and again and never get tired of it. It's a must-read for the dinofanatic, dancin' preschool set and their parents.

Rating: Summary: Outstanding family favorite! Review: This is the favorite book in my 4 year-old's library. It's a perfect combination for a child who is into dinosaurs and monsters, loves poetry, has a great sense of humor, and likes telling us which words rhyme. His step-dad, a 40-something jazz/blues/rock fan, enjoys the rhythm and the chance to "get down" with the silly rhymes. I like the hilarious illustrations, and especially appreciate the fact that doing the dinosaur stomp, shouting "boom-a-laka..." down the hallway, is an easy way to get my reluctant child into the bathroom to brush his teeth before bed
Rating: Summary: Very Cute Book! Review: This may sound funny from a nine year old, but I do have this book! My favorite dino in it was the Velociraptors and the Iguanodons. Cute story for young dino fans!
Rating: Summary: Boomalacka, boomalacka, whack, whack, whack! Review: This was a fun book to write. It all started when Sam called me a Nagosaurus. I listened to a lot of Dr. John when I was writing it. Enjoy!
Rating: Summary: The whole family loves this book! Review: This was the first holiday gift my 2-1/2 year old unwrapped. Despite many gifts and eager relatives, he wanted only to read this book! Now he can recite most of the lines himself, even "a pteradactyl family" and "protoceratops", because this book is so fun. (However, "swampwater punch" becomes "swampwater RUM punch" due to too many viewings of Mary Poppins). I'm sure most toddlers / pre-schoolers will enjoy shouting out "boomalacka, boomalacka, whack, whack, whack". I like the rhythm of the lines, as well as the funny, almost tongue-in-cheek illustrations. Highly recommended.
