Rating: 4 stars
Summary: An Excellent Primer on Environmental Management Systems
Review: This multi-authored text focuses on the use of Environmental Management Systems (EMSs) primarily in the private sector. The book is concise and well organized and presents the topic of EMSs in a balanced and informative way. However, it would have benefited by more discussion on the use of EMSs in the public sector (e.g., federal government). Finally, the book fills a critical need in the area of environmental management and protection.
