Summary: Making your point
Review: Sue Hershkowitz-Coore does it again with her latest book "Power Sales Writing". Her practical no nonsense approach for writing business communications should be required reading by all professionals in the business world. Not only does she give you solid suggestions for writing clear, effective, and specific communications to people but she helps you clarify in your own mind how important it is to keep it simple! This book is a great tool and should be on everyones desk for quick reference. David Renker, VP Sales and Marketing, Destination Hotels and Resorts

Summary: Sue does it again!
Review: Sue is a nationally recognized speaker who captivates her audience with pithy observations, high energy and charm. She has successfully translated that into a terrific guide that will be helpful to new salespeople as well as pros. My favorite part is how she points out the pompous phrases that are often used instead of everyday common sense language.

Summary: Practical and educational
Review: This book tells us "like it is" in a practical understanding way.
We may know many of the lessons in the book but do we understand why and how to use them. The chapter on e-mails was right on point and will improve my use of e-mail etiquette.
