Review: I find the book very informative and easy to read. However, the book has a number of exercises that refer to a CD that ships with the book. I received no CD, so following some of the examples and performing the exercises can be quite difficult. If a CD is required, I suggest that it be included with the book.

Review: This book takes you step by step from the beginning. A must for the beginning programmer and a good reference for the advanced programmer. I read it straight through and never got bored or confused.AWESOME!
