Review: I own a copy of this book and I am a bit displeas- ed. It doesn't dwell with using compressors or any effects units. Which is most important,to the home recordist. If there are others out there who own this book,also. I would like to hear from you.

Summary: Masterful!
Review: This book has it all. A wonderfully condensed introduction to recording. All the essentials, and a bit of wit to help things along. I can't reccomend it enough.
