Review: This book changed my attitude about having this disease and the frustration I felt with doctors who either didn't know much about the condition, or didn't seem to care. The doctors I saw (and I've been to 5 before I found one who supports a holistic approach) left me feeling depressed and hopeless. I even nicknamed one the "Grim Reaper." That is how horrid it was to deal with him. Reading about others who felt like I do, and who have had similar experiences really helped to give me the mindset to fight this disease. The doctors made me want to give up. I feel much more positive today and I am taking action with my diet to help myself to heal. I highly recommend this book.
