Review: I found renal physiology to be difficult to grasp until I read this book. This book is excellent because the clinical cases and examples are easy to follow. You NEED this book for your renal exam and for the boards. I never understood all of the hypertonic hyponatremia, etc. stuff until I read this book. This book is complete yet easy to read. You won't regret this purchase!
