Review: Good for quick review and references while on the ward, not as good for pathophysiology of disease processes but excellent for clinical management. Especially handy when doing patient write-ups to look up diagnostic testing and management.

Review: I am rating amazon.com's service not the book itself. Amazon gets an F. Twice I ordered a spiral bound edition and twice they sent me a paper bound edition. The person packing the book must be illiterate. I want this book to study from and amazon is wasting my time by sending me the wrong format. Perhaps they don't have a spiral edition in which case their advertising is misleading. You have been warned!
