Summary: Surprisingly useful for Step I
Review: I used this book for the physical dx shelf exam at the end of our 2nd year clinical methods course. The book was absolutely essential for this exam, and indeed proved very helpful for step I as well. All questions were in vignette format, as is Step I. In contrast with some other books in the PreTest series, the questions were consistent and of an appropriate level of difficulty. The answers are extensive and helpful as well. THE QUESTIONS IN THIS BOOK WERE ACTUALLY FUN TO DO!!
