Review: It's a happy surprise to find out that in an extremely controversial issue, there is an author that doesn't want to be the "master of the truth". The greatest virtue of Mcneill's book is that most of the chapters have the massive contribution of a varied number of well known professionals in the subject they know best. It's not only about occlusion and tmd's but it goes from biologic principles and interactive mechanics of the estomatognatic system to the ultimate clinical therapies in an argumentative and scientific speech. Definitely a "must read" for Oral Rehabilitation practitioners.
