Review: A 12X CD Rom player or higher is absolutely necessary with the disc oddly invisible to systems with slower players, but otherwise this reference work is smooth and quick to bring you to any musculoskeletal region in the extremities and shows many different aspects quickly and easily with a mouse click or two. It also backs up nicely for re-reviews of critical material. It displays techniques with video clips and these are well correlated on a slider bar display to images of the underlying tissues. Most work is done in the 7.5 Megahertz output ranges and resolution is excellent. I highly recommend it to all/any students of peripheral musculoskeletal ultrasound.
