Review: This is the only book dealing with this subject in the US, yet its subject is one that the practicing physician deals with on a day to day basis. The book is comprehensive and has an enormous clinical content. It belongs in the library of every practicing internist. We can only hope that, in the year 2000, a new edition is being planned.
