Review: I have found this book to be a tremendous help in improving my grade at college level genetics. I needed some help and practice in problems and this book has provided the data base of questions. The questions are well written and the information is laid out in a manner that is not intimidating. I want to sit and read the questions for fun :o) There is a good combination of multiple choice and short answer questions which drew me to buying the book. I need the practice in short answer response questions. Also, the content is not too symplistic and straight-foward.The major topics in genetics are addressed with many questions requiring varying amounts of information for a response. There is a good measure of thinking that is required to foumulate an A+ answer. It is also very convenient to have the solutions at the end of the section of problems so that I do not have to go searching every time I need an answer.
