Review: Andy Elby provides a really good set of problems and solutions for E&M. He shows you typical problems that your professor will ask you, explains what the problem wants you to do, and finally how to go about solving the problem. Helped me ace Physics 7B at Berkeley. Ideal source for those who look at a physics problem and don't know where to start. Especially with E and M, the correct problem solving path is not always obvious, since Electricity and Magnetism isn't something you can touch or visualize as easily as mechanics.
