Review: It's a textbook for a course I'm taking, and I find it a good enough book... Useful, if not the most exciting thing I've ever read ;)

Summary: An excellent text book for surface chemist
Review: This is a very comprehensive book on surface chemistry. It explains basic concept and related experimental results very well. The only thing I don't like is that he spent too much on his own theory on chemisorption, which still needs experimental proof. Nevertherless, this is a must if you intend to do some reserch on surface catalytic reactions.
