Review: I am in a very competitive RN/BSN program in Kentucky. I bought this book to improve my critical thinking skills for Nursing exams. This book pushed me over the hump from B to A. I now have the second highest grade in the class. With over 3500 questions there are bound to be some for whatever subject you are currently studying. The rationales are direct and to the point, but always convey the big picture for a specific content area. After studying a specific area, you come away with the major points of topic, allowing you to answer a slew of test questions associated. I have a half dozen NCLEX prep books and this one blows the rest out of the water. A great buy!
