Review: If you're currently employed in case management and need reference material, this book is the one. The title tells all. Dr. Buschbacher presents a concise, crisply worded outline of definitions, diagnoses, recommended testing, treatment plans and outcomes for the more common disorders (congenital and acquired) of the muscles and skeleton. I've found this book to be a lifesaver when researching an injury and treatment plan and recommend it. It's the most popular book in my cubicle; my co-workers borrow it 2-3 times a week.
