Summary: A must buy for spinal surgeons!
Review: This update was thoroughly revised again. The figures were redrawed again and the chapters are arranged in more accessible manner. The text is easier to read than the previous edition, but in some chapters you have to consult the previous edition. The authors had achieved their goals, but the new "nomenclature and classification of lumbar disc pathology" was not included -- Spine, 2001; 26: E93-113. A good buy and must buy!
