Summary: handy pocket-sized quick reference
Review: This book is good as a quick chairside reference for dentists to consult when faced with an oral lesion. Many of the chapters are organized by clinical morphology making it easier for the clinician to develop a differential diagnosis list or even a working diagnosis. The caveat is of course that the amount of detail the book provides is rather limited, but ideally it can guide the clinician towards a more effective consultation with a detailed oral lesion text.
