Rating: Summary: The essential neuroscience desk reference Review: I am a PhD student at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. I picked up this book on one of my many visits to the university library, early this year. I found it to be an invaluable source of scientific techniques in the field of neuroscience. It is very hard to find all the essential knowledge one needs in one place these days, yet this book provides just that. With an excellent structure and further referencing should one feel the need for greater detail. I believe that this is one book every neuroscience student and academic should have on their bookshelf.
