Rating: Summary: What's Not to Love? Review: Legacy of Steel is by far one of the best books ever written for the Dragonlance Saga. Mary Herbert has taken a minor charcacter, Sara Dunstan and turned her into one of the most compelling and interesting charcacters ever to grace the pages of the dragonlance world. We see a relationship of trust, care, and understanding between a dragon and a human which has never before been discribed. Herbert balances the story with the action and intrigue immaculately. You really can feel the emotion of all the characters and the bond between Sara and Cobalt. My only complaint, the book was too short. I wanted more. I only hope Herbert writes more Dragonlance novels, especially involving Sara and Cobalt.
Rating: Summary: The second book intresting from the first page Review: Like i wrote in the title this has been on of the first dragonlance's beautiful books from the very first page. This could be only my opinion, but if you like dragons stories this is your book....even if i can't tell you this is the best, for sure it is very good story filled by action and quite linear plot, easy and pleasant to read. It's explain someting about dragon riders, dragon training and dark knights. Read it and enjoy!
Rating: Summary: Absolutely fantastic! Review: Mary Herbert has definitely re-energized my interest in the DragonLance Saga. Sara and Cobalt enjoy invaluable times together, heroicly spirited and heartfelt. This glimpse at the relationship between dragon and human is wonderfully portrayed. Villians and sub-characters are well written; and with dragons being the most celebrated and basic creatures in the Saga, more tales of their personal adventures would surely be appreciated. A "Dragon's Tales" series? If you love DragonLance, don't miss this one!
Rating: Summary: A excellent Dragonlance book! Review: Mary Herbert is a very writer and she shows her great knowledge of the world of Krynn. The caracthers have a reality that is often lacking in this series and the dragons are beautifuly portrayed. Action, new views of the past, new glimpses at the future. Very satisfying!
Rating: Summary: Well worth it!!! Review: The book is great and I'm glad I bought it! It wasn't easy and cheap for me to buy Dragonlance novels all the way from USA and since I can't get it here in M'sia anymore, I guess I have no choice. I picked a few I could afford at that time and this was one of them and I really liked the way Mary H. Herbert wrote this book and portrayed Sara in such an interesting way. My impression of Sara before this was a very boring person being Steel's mom and kinda like a background character who's just there cos they needed someone to adopt Steel. However, Mary wrote in such a way that Sara was actually a really great and honorable character in the book! I like Cobalt too! Anyway Mary, thanks for being a great author! You made this book worthwhile my money!

Rating: Summary: ok book, but childish. Review: This book has an ok storyline, and it is very important if you are a DL fan, since it fills you in on immportant events in the DL world. But why does it have to be so childish? I actualy felt insulted by how silly it became. The plot is completely un-believable. Its basicaly the story of a lone woman and her pet dragon (very childish) and their fight agains the evil knight army. The knight of takheisis are basicaly good...
Rating: Summary: One of the best DL titles... Review: This book is one of my favorites. It is smartly written and I love it being about Sara! I also loved Cobalt's loyalty towards Sara. The only problem is that I don't really think that her quest was "Steel's legacy."
Rating: Summary: In-Depth, Suprising, AWESOME. Review: This book just stunned me. I thought it was just going to be another lame old dl book but it was just purely awesome. I felt like I knew the characters pesonally and like I was right there with them!
