Summary: Great book, except for one part.
Review: Kevin J. Anderson has given the world a great book. There is only one part that I really don't like, but you will find out about that when you read the book. And I do suggest you read the book.

Summary: A all around good book, I have read better Star Wars though
Review: Good story line, but not much action

Summary: Great, action-packed, can not put it down!!!
Review: If you have read any of the other Star Wars books, you know that Kevin J. Anderson rules. This is one of his best books. The Luke and Callista plot line runs like the energy from a lightsaber. You get to know the twins, Jacen and Jaina, better. Han and Leia are a story of their own. You get to understand Leia's hatred for the creators of the Emperor's personal death machine, the doomed Death Star. The Hutts are not done yet, you find out what has still been wallowing in the mud.

  Summary: Decent
Review: A great book, although it uses characters and planets that we have never heard about. It's kind of a little off-track from the original star wars, but it is still ok. Conclusion: Great book, but it is off the track from the star wars we know.

  Summary: Darksaber is awesome!
Review: First Admiral Daala is an awesome character. Pellaeon is cool to. Durga is okay and Luke Han Leia and Callista are good. It's almost sad when Night Hammer is destoyed. That part was very exciting.

  Summary: A must read!!
Review: This book was a great addition and made sense if you read Timothy Zahn's trilogy and Kevin's other trilogy. It was so good that I could not put it down. I can not wait till he writes another boook. He is such a good author for Star Wars because he knows how to use things from the other books and from George Lucas's trilogy.

  Summary: Excellent book!
Review: This has a very interesting plot. The story with Luke and Callista is so thrilling! I loved every aspect of this book and will continue to read it for years to come! Kevin Anderson is a fabulous author!

  Summary: Fair enough . . .
Review: Usually, I tremendously enjoy Kevin J. Anderson's books. This, unfortunately, was not one of his better ones. I didn't like how the super weapon malfunctioned. I was looking forward fo a last minute save, like in A New Hope. There wasn't much of Leia, and that wasn't good. She's one of my favorite characters. Still, if you're looking for an okay Star Wars novel that you can read without gagging (unlike Splinter of the Mind's Eye) this is a worth-while book.

  Summary: Tired
Review: Another permutation of the imperial-superweapon plot device, which is getting overly tired and seems to take the place of a compelling story. Crix Madine's fate seems forced (done for the sake of doing it, lacking the emotional resonance such a fate should have) and the fate of the Darksaber seems anticlimatic. Anderson has revealed himself as an author with nothing new to add to the SW Universe.
