Rating: Summary: From beginning to end it kept me spell bound Review: A wonderful book that was hard to put down once I started to read it. The words that Ms Leddy uses to describe the experiences of her characters are so exciting and real that you feel that you are right there with them. It is worth a second read. I recommend it highly.

Rating: Summary: On Silver Wings Review: Elfie weaves a wonderfully magical, mystical tale of lives intertwined and connected on a Soul level of all those involved. As the adventure of a lifetime begins, Tannis starts to question not only her reality but her sanity as well. Throughout the book I was very much caught up in the life of this woman called Tannis, in the here and now, as well as with Taenacea, her counterpart from a lifetime past. It definitely got me thinking about all my previous lifetimes and how they have a direct impact on the life I am currently leading...the times when I have loved and lost, conquered and was conquered and risen from the ashes to move beyond what my rational mind allows me to believe. With the help of her daughter Kalinka and her best friend, Josie, Tannis embarks on a journey into a distant past which was now threatening to impact on her current life and those around her. As her carefully controlled world starts to unravel, I love how the story follows her quest to discover her past and in so doing, she comes face to face with old karmic ties that were holding her back from fulfilling her desires NOW. Romantic, sensual and so very real, this book is for anyone who has ever wondered who they were in the distant past and how it impacts on who they are in the present moment.

Rating: Summary: An Entertaining Read Review: I am not all that fond of historical fiction, but this book had my attention from page one. The story flowed and maintained my interest throughout, without any lengthy, detailed historical data stalling the storyline. This book held me captive with both its mystical and romantic elements.
Rating: Summary: From here to there, I wish it were me! Review: This book has achieved what a really good book should; it has transported me elsewhere, away from here, this dimension, this often sad reality. This book is emotionally captivating, intellectually stimulating and continuously surprising. I have recommended Mrs Leddy's book to everyone of my friends that usually enjoy this type of fantasy material and they have all enjoyed it. No later than today, I recommended it again. I come back to it every once in a while. It's like travelling without moving, but coming back with smells, tastes and physical traces of the voyage! I can never completely forget about this tale for it is so well written and constructed. I was and still am mesmerized by Tanis and her life. That's how good it is!!

Rating: Summary: On Silver Wings Review: This book is definitely a curl-up cozy read. A story about past lives and travel through time may sound a stretch, but Ms. Leddy draws you into the story so effectively you'll doubt not the events nor the so-real characters living them. There is a rich pallette of settings and I loved travelling to and fro; from Canada to Wales, from the present to the past. Just a lovely tale, told with striking authenticity and obviously well researched. I look forward to more from this writer.
