Review: I enjoy reading all kinds of books. "Path of Glory" is the kind of book that you become so involved in that you can't put it down. The characters are so alive that they become your friends, the places so real you swear you've been there. "Path of Glory" is a must read!

Review: I enjoyed Path of Glory very much. It was little slow getting started as the author had to set up the world, characters and story, but a few chapters into the book it got very interesting. I found the characters so believable I feel as if I know them. The description was so well written, that I could have actually visited the places. The story gets a hold on you and you can't put it down. I can't wait for the next book. I think that is book is a definite must read. If you like books like the Wheel of time by Robert Jordan, you will love Path of Glory.

Summary: Great Book! Interesting New Author!
Review: I read a lot of books, mainly science fiction, and it is always wonderful to find one as engrossing as Path of Glory. The author creates a multitude of three-dimensional characters, who interact with each other in interesting, and sometimes surprising, ways. The setting, the continent of Madryn, is nearly as interesting as the characters, with a varied and colorful history spanning nearly seven millenia. That history plays a vital role to the story, and is referenced numerous times in the form of stories told by one character to another. Each story makes the characters' motivations come more into focus, and adds a certain continuity to the overall story. Review: Well, as the author of Path of Glory, I of course think it is a stunning work of literature. Oh, if I had to be honest, I wouldn't say it's the best thing I have ever read. But it is the best thing I've ever written, and I am still a young, developing author. I appreciate, and am honored by, the fact that you are even here reading this review, and thus considering my book for purchase. I apologize for the price. As an unknown author, I was unable to find a major publishing house to work with, and was forced to go to a smaller, print-on-demand company (Iuniverse.com). I have been quite happy with their service, and my only complaint is that being a print-on-demand publisher forced the price of my book a little higher than I would have liked. If I can get enough exposure, perhaps my second manuscript, or a reprint of this one, will attract the attention of a big-time publisher. I enjoyed writing Path of Glory, and I hope you enjoy reading it.
