Summary: A must read for all Martial Arts fans.
Review: This was quite possibly the best book ever written on the Mixed Martial Arts. It offers a first hand look into the world of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The techniques are basic, but in depth, and offer a solid base for competitors.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best book!
Review: This book is one of the best books i have read in a long time. I think that if you are a real wrestling fan you would buy this book!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Gives himself WAY too much credit
Review: The first half of this book reads like a sixth grade book report. There are many contradictions of his opinions of the people he has fought and takes FAR TOO MUCH credit for a not so illustrious NHB career. This is a book that just strokes Shamrock's ego. The training part is worth reading though.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Shamrock is good - Gracie is better
Review: I feel that this book serves it purpose quite well- it examines the mans life, and then serves as an instruction manual on Submission fighting. However, Shamrock is not that good!! He is not a proven fighter, and his style is severely lacking in depth and grace. For grace, look to the Gracies.

Summary: A must buy book.
Review: I know a lot about wrestling but this was a excellent book which told every detail of his life and the second part tells you all of shamrocks secret moves and submissions. This is a must buy book especially for wrestling fans.

Summary: it was terrible
Review: It would have been better if there was a different author and if the book was on his life in depth. It thought it was boring learning about is moves in the ring. I wouldn't reconmend this to anybody

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Only book I've found yet on the UFC
Review: Good insights on Ken and the UFC. Only slightly biased towards Ken, but it is his book! Definately a must buy for fight fans.
