Nothing less than hours upon hours of lessons with a pro would effect your game more, and a great bit cheaper. All you have to do is read and apply it on the course or driving range. In todays complicated world it is great to see that a book writen in 1957 still hold so true today. Nothing has changed, just keep it basic.

Rating: Summary: The best golf instructional book ever ! Review: This timeless classic can turn anyone from a novice to a low handicapper into a better player. Many tour pros such as Larry Nelson have learned how to play from this one book. This book has taken at least five shots off my own score in only a few weeks. Rating: Summary: A better investment than new clubs. Review: A lot of golfers would not hesitate to spend big bucks on the latest clubs in an attempt to improve their game. A far better investment would be embracement of the principles Hogan outlines in this book. A stable, repeatable swing that can be learned from Hogan's teachings will result in far lower scores, even with old beat up clubs. This book can be obtained for less than the price of a dozen balls. It has done more to help my game than anything I have ever tried. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their game.
