Lavishly illustrated, The Orvis Guide to Shotgun Care and Maintenance provides some of the most precise and complete information found anywhere on how to correctly care for your shotgun. If you own a shotgun you should buy this book. Even if your not new to the world of shotguns you should still get this book, it's a great addition to any shotgun enthusiast.

Summary: Great book, if you already know everything there is to know
Review: This book is probably worthwhile, if you already understand everything there is to know about shotguns. As a relatively novice shooter, I found several sections incomprehensible and several recommendations ridiculous (building my own "gun room" or my own "guns only workbench" are just going to have to wait until I win the lottery). The illustrations are small, there are no schematics of the procedures recommended, and the writing is disorganized. There has got to be something better out there.
