Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Excellent tactical overview of nymphing techniques
Review: A very easy to read discussion of tactics and tips. Very enjoyable read as well. If only I could get my friends Bill and Dave to read it, they might catch fish.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Catch and release
Review: I am an easily excitable female with a voracious appetite so when I saw the title of this book on the shelf I snapped it up and hurried home to get some new techniques for landing my catch of the day.
I was a bit disappointed once I started reading. This was not exactly the "fishing" information I was hoping for but much to my relief this book is probably one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
Now when I am in an agitated state I simply grab a pole and wade out about waist deep into a cold running stream. That cools me down in a hurry.
If you enjoy red snapper hopefully we will tangle lines some day.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of the classics.
Review: I signed this book out of the library in my adolescence and sucked it up like a brown does a golden stone. There are a lot of similar books out there -- and some videos on tying and fishing nymphs as well -- that are useful. But because this book was a formative influence on me and I can not imagine having been without it, I have to give it all five stars. Indispensable.
