Review: I picked this one up a few summers ago since I didn't have much genuine fishing experience at all. This book helped me get up to speed on all facets of freshwater fishing and the knowledge I've gained through it has provided a great deal of enjoyment out on the water since then.

It does not go into any great depth on any topic but this is not what the book is designed for. It is an introductory text and a solid overview. A bonus is the beautiful photography!
