Review: It's sad that this book is out of print and won't be available to future generations because the advice is timeless. There are few books written for Western riders and this is the best.

This is a tremendously inspirational book, as Dr. Forget approaches every subject with a very generous helping of skilled mentorship, which is somewhat hard to find in the horse industry.

It also talks about how to ride western with the correct form and how to teach your horse to follow your commands, because after all, you are the boss. This book also talks about how to care for your tack and store it in the correct ways. I would suggest this book for anyone interested in the best for thier horse.
